Red Ribbon Week Flyer

Running Springs will celebrate Red Ribbon Week by promoting participation in fun daily activities. Please encourage your student to take part in these activities as a way to remind them they have the POWER to be drug free and are TOO SMART TO START!

Here’s the list of activities for Red Ribbon Week 2023:

Monday, October 23: “Red Out and Stop Drugs”  Wear Red!

Tuesday, October 24: “Follow Your Dreams, Not Drugs”  Wear pajamas to school! (school appropriate, no slippers please)

Wednesday, October 25: “Team Up Against Drugs”  Wear a sports themed outfit or jersey!

Thursday, October 26: “Mix It Up with Fun, Not Drugs”  Mix it up with mismatched clothes and whacky hair!

Friday, October 27: “Redhawks Say Boo to Drugs!” Students may wear school appropriate Halloween costumes (OUSD dress code applies. Costumes may not include blood, gore, or promote violence. Toy weapons are not permitted. It is an instructional day, so costumes may not interfere with the educational process.)

(No tank tops. No inappropriate length shorts. Appropriate school shoes are required and all other standard OUSD dress code rules will apply.)

Take this week to remind your child…THE BEST ME IS DRUG FREE!
